Harry Baker was born and raised in East Orange, Nj, spent 27 years in pharmaceutical sales, served as a substitute teacher, and completed his degree in Biology and Physical Sconce at Upsala College, East Orange NJ. He formed a Science Based Archery System which gives students the opportunity to learn archery as well as discovering the inner workings of the  human body. He is a USA Certified Archery Trainer/instructor, USA Archery, National Field Archery Association, American Shooters Association, Certified Instructor, the National Archery in Schools Program, International Style Target Archery Certified NASP instructor.

He has USA certified over 200 Archery instructors through USA Archery, and has introduced and taught thousands of students archery in the with the goal of producing an Olympic Champion from the inner city. He is the CVO (Chief Visionary Officer) and founder of Golden Eagle/Nubian Eagle Archery Academy, with over 50 countless yearsOf Archery EXPERIENCE, COACHING, LEADERSHIP, VISION and PATIENCE WITH YOUTH AND ADOLESCENTS. Professor Baker was awarded the work in community award with Pharmacia, (Pfizer) where former Secretary of State Colin Powel praised his programs and work with youth. He is now in the process of preparing His Martial Arts students for the forgotten Art of Ky jitsu and Kyudo, the lost and forgotten skill of the Samurai Warrior. Teaching Archery to our children by infusing elements of Science, Technology, Math, and entrepreneurship has Been the cornerstone of my goals and teachings. Nothing in Life is easy but we must remember to fall 7 times means we must rise 8 times, “Never give up on your journey through life.
